Mesh For Footing Slab
Trench mesh reinforcement is welded by galvanized low carbon steel wire or high quality low carbon steel wire
It divided the shape: trapezoid, triangle, two bars and three bars welding. The trench mesh reinforcement is always used on foundation construction, residential slabs, footing construction and pier beam.

Material: R250N, D500N, D500L, D300E, D500E
The Tensile strength is 300Mpa.
The trench mesh was produced by standard AS NZS 4671-2001

1. Footing slap
The reinforced footing: the preportions for the tied edge beam apply only where there is a structural connection by concrete-to-concrete contact tied with fitments.
The New Zealand Standard Reinforcement Mesh is used on bottom reinforcement. The site and the type of construction difference cause we select the specification of the trence mesh reinforcement is different.
2. Waffle rafts beam and piers
The waffle rafts for a one-storey building for clad frame or masonry veneer on moderately or highly reactive sites may be supported on piers as follows without structural design of the waffle raft:
(a). pier to be located on the intersection of every third internal beam.
(b). An additional N12 bar at the top to be provided in the internal beams intersecting the piers, but no shear fitments are required.
